technicians that are required by the manufacturer to have hundreds of hours of training to be certified by American Hyundai just to work on car.
Every year, Hyundai develops new technologies. These new technologies are for the car and there is also new testing equipment for better diagnostics.
This equipment is expensive and the training is only offered to Hyundai Dealership technicians.
